GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stars Uniforms (Stars of St. Michael, Lda.) has products for sale in its online store at www.stars-schooluniforms.com know that the "e-commerce" is available exclusively for the users that have been provided a password of access there is a specific area for each school, allowing families to order uniforms for their children without having to browse the entire site.
If you are not a "consumer" we ask you not to shop on the sales website.
Stars Uniforms reserves itself the right not to process orders from users who are not "consumers" or those who do not agree with the general conditions of sale.
These conditions and general terms of sale regulate exclusively the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed at www.stars-schooluniforms.com between the "consumers" of the online store (www.stars-schooluniforms.com) and the "seller" Stars Uniforms.
The "consumer" must provide the "seller" with an e-mail address, or another form of contact, that is correct and complete and must agree that the "seller" can contact him using such data if necessary.
CONDITIONS OF USE
It is the client's responsibility to use this website in compliance with the provisions of the law, abstaining from any and all activities that violate the law, morals and good customs or rights of third parties.
PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
1. The prices charged by Stars include a rate applicable by law (VAT). Any change in it should be reflected immediately in the prices charged. Shipping costs are assumed by the customer unless otherwise indicated.
1.1 The prices shown on the website are subject to change. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
1.2. Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care it is possible that the price information on our website contains errors. Stars does not undertake the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of such an error occurring.
QUALITY AND GUARANTEE
All products available for sale and prices have been previously approved by the "School".
The products offered on the website may not exactly match the actual clothing in terms of image and color due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
All products have an identification tag.
Do not remove the label from the purchased product if you want to return it.
SHOWCASE
All schools will have available a showcase of Stars Uniforms at your convenience allowing you to see, try out, check sizes of the product before ordering. Those products will be available on our website.
THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER OR CANCEL A PURCHASE
Stars reserves the right to cancel any purchase even if it has already been accepted by us, in the following situations:
- If billing information is not accurate or verifiable;
- If the order is flagged by our security systems as an incorrect order or an order that is susceptible to fraud;
- If we think you are under 16;
- If we feel that you have not placed an order for a student of the school of the reserved area in question;
- If we think you're a reseller;
- If there is an error in the price quote.
BUYING PROCESS
It's simple to shop at Stars, simply register on our website and after receiving an email with your access credentials you can log in to your personal area.
PAYMENT METHOD
The customer must make the payment of the order through Multibanco Reference.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
Whenever possible we try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the order into more than one delivery, for example, if a part of the order is delayed or not available. In case we proceed to the division of the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
CHECK AND CONFIRMATION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
At the moment of delivery, the customer must checkup the packaging for possible damages. If products are damaged, the customer should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Stars will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as it the return process is completed or, alternatively, if the customer wishes, Stars shall exchange the item for another item, refunding transportation fees.
After receiving the order, it is important that the customer verifies the products delivered.
You have 15 days to return your products or ask for a replacement.
RETURNS
The customer has 15 days, counting from the date of delivery to make its return.
Returns to the Stars must be made by the client to the following address: Rua Capitão Rei Vilar, nº 25 Sub-Cave Armazém - 2750-634 Cascais.
Any return must be accompanied by a document containing the following information:
- order number;
- reason for return or request for exchange.
Return of defective products:
- The customer has the right to return the products if found defective or in non-conformity with the products ordered. The return can be made within 15 days of delivery. If your claim is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.
- If you wish to make an exchange of products, Stars will exchange the item and reimburse shipping costs.
You can not return:
- Products that have been adulterated and with any kind of distinctive element (eg name/ initials/student number).
- If your return is justified by defects or non-conformity with the ordered products, Stars will bear the costs of shipping and return. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or nonconformity of the ordered products, Stars will not reimburse the costs of shipping, nor will reimburse the expenses relating to the initially incurred costs.
If the return is made through the school no costs will be applied.

The user of the website is not authorized to use or reproduce any of these trademarks or registered names as this constitutes a violation of the rights of the owners.
Anything concerning the design, texts, documents, and / or other services of the website, the selection and organization thereof, as well as all compilation of software and all other materials are property of Stars, its suppliers, or the " educational establishment ".
LAW AND FORUM
The conditions described above are governed by Portuguese Law. The resolution of any dispute will be in charge of the Portuguese law and courts, in the region of Cascais with express resignation to any others.
