CAN I DELETE ANY ARTICLE OF MY ORDER?
Yes. In your shopping cart, you can delete the items you do not want before processing payment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You can cancel your order, as long as the status of the request allows it. To do this, go to the "My Purchases" section of your account.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ARTICLE?
Stars only sell articles in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective item you should contact our customer service department.

If you mistakenly received an item you did not order, please contact our customer service department.

At the beginning of the school year delivery period may be longer than usual.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
To collect your order at the school you must present your citizen's card or proof of student's number.
The order will be dispatched as soon as we receive confirmation of payment by MULTIBANCO.
SHOPPING AT STARS IS SIMPLE!
Just follow these steps:
- Choose the category.
- View the product (s) that interests you. Click on the article and the information about it, available sizes and colors, reference and price.
- Select the size and color you want and add it to your shopping cart. - Then you can choose to continue shopping or process the order.
- In the order form indicate your name, taxpayer number, and intended delivery address.
- Payment must be made through the ATM reference.
- Confirm your request!

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your order at the address of your choice or at your child's school.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders ship within 2 to 10 business days.
RETURNS AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL
If after your purchase from Stars you are not satisfied, you have 15 days after receiving your order, to exchange it for another or ask for its return.

Delivery to School:
Deliver the items you want to return to your child's school. The item must be in its original box
It is important that you indicate whether you wish to make a change of size or return and the corresponding articles.
The refund will be made by bank transfer:
Please note that if you return your articles to the school, your return information will be sent to our headquarters where the refund will be made by bank transfer and you must send IBAN and name of the holder to which you want the transfer to be made.
RETURN BY MAIL
You have up to 15 days after receiving your order, to exchange your item for another size or to make it return:

Bear in mind that in the case of returns by postal mail, Stars Lda will not accept shipments with payment to the recipient or against reimbursement and that neither return nor shipping costs will be refunded.
We will exchange your size or return within 2 to 10 business days after we have received your order in our warehouses.

EXCHANGES
In case you prefer another size, you can ask for it at the time of the return. To do this, indicate the article you want to change and the new size.
If the desired size is not available, we will refund the value of the item in question.
If you prefer to exchange your article for another model or color, you must return the article and make a new request.
RETURNS
When making exchanges and returns, you must know that:
-Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
-As soon as we receive your order, we will check the status of the items and carry out the resizing or refund of the returned items.
-Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, we will not accept shipments for which payment is required from our end and that neither return nor shipping costs will be refunded.
REFUNDS
The repayment term may vary between 2 and 10 business days after we have received your return in our warehouses. Once we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to let you know.
Please note that the refund will be made by bank transfer.
We will need your IBAN code to make the refund.
The IBAN must be provided upon physical return of the goods.
SHIPPING METHODS AND EXPENSES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers of the European Union have 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of their order to cancel their purchase of Stars.pt
